I just started reading the book Jazmin's Notebook. Jazmin Shelby lives with her sister and it's tough living without a mom or dad. I found out that she writes poetry and sits on the step outside her house and writes in her notebook.
My Question
What was her mom and dad's name?
Where were her parents born?
My Reaction
My reaction was shocked and sad because Jazmin had said that her father had died when she was little and her mom is in the hospital.

ReplyDeleteI really like this book. i also feel sad for Jazmin that her BOTH parents are gone. This reminds me of a book i read called maniac Magee, when his parents died when he was just 3 years old.
