Summary of pages 1-61: The book Night by Elie Wiesel is a true story during world war II about a jewish boy who survived the concentration camp(the author Elie Wiesel is the jewish boy). He has so far been whipped, striped, sworn at, and nearly killed. He and his family were taken from their home in Germany and brought to the camp. His family was separated once they arrived. He and his Father went to one side, and his Mother and his two sisters were taken to another. He and his dad were told to lie about there age. His Father was fifty but lied that he was forty and Elie was actually fifteen and lied to say he was eighteen.
Questions:
Who was the leader of the camp?
Is Elie Wiesel still alive?
My prediction is that the family dies in the camp but Elie survives.
